01. Service provider and contact
The planned contracting and invoicing entity is EUArts&Music OÜ, registry code 16539824, VAT EE102521393, Sakala tn 7-2, 10141 Tallinn, Estonia. ARemote is developed and operationally managed under Ale Ronzani / AR Signature. Contact: info@aleronzani.com.
02. Free account registration
An ARemote Free account can be created using email/password or Google sign-in. After any required email verification, the Free account activates automatically without manual administrator approval. Paid features require a valid paid licence and any relevant payment confirmation; registration does not grant access to paid services. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Keep your credentials secure.
03. Features and product status
ARemote is designed around SCREEN (remote desktop), FILES (file transfer) and LAN (remote network access). Features may be experimental or unavailable during testing. Download availability, platform compatibility and supported functions are published on the relevant account or release pages. Do not depend on an unreleased feature for critical operations.
04. Licences, pricing and subscriptions
The plans page shows an intended licence model: one paid licence corresponds to one concurrent remote session when server-side enforcement is released. The quantity and billing interval (weekly, monthly or annual) can be selected before checkout. Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes; the complete payable amount and renewal terms must be shown at checkout before any binding order. No payment is due unless an actual, functioning checkout confirms the transaction.
Automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds and licence limits will be governed by the specific checkout terms once those features are enabled. Cancelling a subscription will not take away statutory consumer rights.
05. Consumer rights and withdrawal
Where EU consumer law applies to a distance contract, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right from conclusion of the contract, subject to applicable exceptions. Any requested immediate performance and any lawful loss of withdrawal rights for digital content require the separate disclosures and express agreements required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory statutory guarantees, remedies or other consumer rights.
06. Acceptable use and security
Use ARemote only on devices and networks you own or are authorised to access. Do not use the service to intercept data, gain unauthorised access, distribute malware or violate third-party rights. Keep software and operating systems updated and avoid transmitting sensitive content unless the relevant security properties have been verified for the release you use.
07. Availability, changes and support
During testing the service may be interrupted or changed to address security, compatibility and performance. Significant changes to paid contractual conditions, once offered, must be communicated according to applicable law. Contact info@aleronzani.com for support or contractual questions.
08. Law and disputes
The supplier is established in Estonia. Applicable Estonian and EU rules will be observed, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence. Consumers may seek remedies before competent supervisory authorities and courts as provided by law.
